During our stay with Grandma and Papa, Cathy and I were fortunate to be able to take 3 days of true vacation and travel up to the "High Peaks Region" of the Adirondack Mountains for a celebration of our 15 years together. (Thanx Mom and Dad!!!)We stayed at a B&B called the "Trails End Inn" (www.trailsendinn.com). While there, we stayed in the Jay room, and had a super relaxing time. It is so quiet there, no traffic noise, no TV noise, etc. For our breakfasts, we had scrambled eggs with fresh salmon on the first day, and stuffed french toast with banana and walnuts the
2nd day.
We trailered the motorcycle here and plan on doing some riding around the area and seeing the sights over the next few days. We got an early start tonight and rode north thru the towns of Jay, Upper Jay, Wilmington, and back through Lake Placid and back to Keene.
