Today is another beautiful day here on the west coast. We were off to class early this morning, having breakfast first followed by a full day of the wireless mobile capabilities of the software.
The girls slept in awhile before heading out to the zoo. At the zoo, they saw many different animals, including the nursery (that Cathy was hoping to be plants). There was a baby monkey in a crib that she got a picture of. The place was huge and they only had time to see a small portion of the place.
After class, we all decided to head out to the gaslamp district for dinner. We rode the trolley into the downtown area and had dinner at a bar and grille. The food there was really good – Cathy had ribs and I had a NY Strip steak. We looked around a bit and rode the trolley back to the hotel.
Tomorrow we head back to Ohio. Our plane doesn’t leave till after 3, so we are staying here till check out and then leaving for the airport. We decided to have the breakfast buffet in the morning too and do some last minute shopping at the mall near here.
