From the Archives...

Today we feature myself and our cat, Fang.  This pic is from the early 70's.   Here is what Mom had to say about the cat...

Fang was our first cat. We got him a few months after we got married and he always thought he was a dog. He was a good watch cat, always running to the door hissing whenever anyone stopped by. He was very protective of you kids when you were little. He would lay beside your bouncy chair and if anyone ( other than Dad or I) got too close he would reach out and swat their leg with claws extended.He was a big boy-weighed about 20 lbs. When we moved to our present house the neighbors husky decided to come and pay a visit to us. Fang didn't approve and he sent the dog home yowling as he chased him out of the yard with a few well placed swats with his claws. That dog never came back into our yard.
