From the Archives...


Here is a pic of Cathy from 1966 (Duluth).  This is what her Mom has to say about that winter...


This picture was of Cathy when we lived in Minnesota. It was the winter of 1966 after Jim was born. We had a tremendous snow that year and the weather didn't get above 25 below zero for the whole spring. We still had 100 inches of snow on the ground the first of May. The picture was taken on the person wide path to our garage. She was being pushed by a neighbor child who used to come and play with her after school. I can't remember her name. She liked to play with little kids and I paid her to come so I could have time to bath Jim, feed him and fix dinner before Dad got home. As you know that time from 5- to bedtime is hectic!
No matter the cold, Cathy went outside. We built a little snow slide in the back yard so she could slide and have some fun in the cold.
