The boys and I finished off the summer with our longest bike ride yet - 13 miles. We took the Cuyahoga Valley Train from Peninsula to Akron and rode back over the afternoon. It was a pretty warm day (mid 90's), but with frequent water and rest breaks, we were able to do the ride in about 3 hours. The only animals we saw today were some ducks and geese. There were quite a few people out too.
School starts next Tuesday - we had a fun and eventful summer.
