New York State Fair

Opening day at the NY State Fair was great, both in attendance (about 58,000) and weather.  We all dressed in our most comfortable walking shoes and prepared to walk most of the day.

Some of the most memorable parts of the day were the Governor's visit (it was governors day here), the butter sculpture (cow jumping over the moon), the State Police Demonstrations, the great food, animals, and exhibits.

We all had a great time and sore feet by the end of the day.
