On Friday, we all drove from Seattle to Paradise. This is the highest elevation on Mt. Rainier where you can drive to (about 6000'). From there, we hiked to Myrtle Falls (about 3/4 mile). There was snow where we were walking, and we stopped to throw snowballs. Cathy also looked at the local flower varieties.
